We'd love to provide services to our customers, but we also want to see our customers getting real benefits, experiences, and knowledge to empower their personal financial systems and to grow their businesses.
Our Story
Mark's Story
Hi, my name is Mark Xu. I was born and raised in Shanghai, China. I came to Greenville SC in the summer of 2007 and have since then been a proud resident of this lovely growing city. I have had the privilege to become a US citizen since the beginning of 2017. I started this practice to serve Greenville area since May 2013 after I learned from customer feedback about some of the most common problems customers have in the tax and accounting industry.
These problems are: lack of understanding of need; lack of personal attention; lack of comprehensive tax planning and in general lack of follow up. I decided to shape the business to offer services that are customer oriented, and design services to truly address customers' need and solve their problem.
Tax and accounting industry is always evolving with changing regulations, policies and general environment. Nobody is perfect, but here at XU CPA, LLC the goal is always to strive to provide better service and try our best to ensure each customer has a good experience.
